These terms apply to your use of eaaservices.ca and to commercial cleaning services provided by EAA Services in Calgary, Alberta and Toronto, Ontario. By using this website or booking a service you agree to these terms.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are prepared from the information you provide and, where applicable, a site review. A quote becomes a confirmed booking once accepted in writing (including email) and a service date is agreed. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope or condition of the facility differs materially from what was described.
Scheduling, access and cancellations
You agree to provide safe access to the premises at the scheduled time. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel; late cancellations or no-access visits may be subject to a fee.
Payment
Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice. Accepted methods include cash, credit card, e-transfer and invoice for approved commercial accounts. Overdue balances may accrue interest as permitted by law.
Our responsibilities
We perform services with trained staff, using appropriate equipment and products, and in accordance with applicable standards including NFPA 96 for kitchen exhaust cleaning. We are fully insured. If you are not satisfied with a service, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions caused by inadequate maintenance before our engagement.
